Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sassy But Classy markets and arranges Wedding Bartending, Private Bartending, Birthday Bartending, Mobile Bar Service, Cocktail Catering. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://sassybutclassyoh.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sassy But Classy or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Sassy But Classy may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://sassybutclassyoh.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Sassy But Classy makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Damages. Sassy But Classy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Sassy But Classy against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. OH law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OH.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
