Behind The Bar, Beside You

Sassy But Classy is a mobile bartending team based in Cleveland Heights, OH. We come to you, set up on-site, and run a clean, well-stocked bar, so your event flows without a hitch. With over 20 years of experience behind the bar, we know how to read a room, keep a line moving, and keep glasses full without ever making it feel rushed.

Our work covers the full range of events. As a wedding bartender, we build a service plan around your timeline, from the toast to the last dance. Booking a private bartender means a dedicated pro for the evening, focused on your guests and nothing else. For a birthday bartender, we match the energy of the room and keep the celebration easy. Our mobile bar service arrives fully equipped and ready to pour, and our cocktail catering handles everything from a signature drink menu to a full spread of classics. Whatever the occasion, we shape the service to fit it.

We believe good bartending is mostly about preparation and communication. Before the day arrives, we talk through your guest count, your drink list, and any details that matter to you. We handle setup, presentation, and cleanup, and we take safety and compliance seriously so the night stays smooth for everyone. We are flexible and accommodating, and we plan ahead so the small things never become problems.

What we care about most is a stress-free experience. You should be a guest at your own event, not the person worrying about ice, garnishes, or a growing line at the bar. We handle the details so you can enjoy the moment. If you are planning something in Cleveland Heights and want a bar team that shows up ready and treats your guests well, reach out and let us know what you have in mind.
